Alicia Keys began her show at the Agganis Arena last night trapped behind bars in a nod to her song “Caged Bird.’’ But once she wriggled to freedom, that bird proved she could sing, performing a 100-minute set that flew on wings of gospel-tinged empowerment anthems, sultry slow jams, and sassy dance pop interludes.
