The main man in Mr. Mister, Richard Page, was thrilled when he got the call from Ringo Starr to join his “All Starr’’ summer caravan, which hits the Bank of America Pavilion on Tuesday. “As a kid, the Beatles shaped my musical taste, so to be onstage with one is pretty much the highlight of my life,’’ says Page, who releases a new solo album called “Peculiar Life’’ July 5. The man behind ’80s hits “Broken Wings’’ and “Kyrie,’’ as well as songs by Madonna and Josh Groban, says he’s also tickled by the shout-out to Mr. Mister in the current Train single “Hey Soul Sister.’’ “I think it’s a great song,’’ he says, “and not just because they referenced us.’’
