The company closes its season with performances of Donizetti’s rarely spotted melodrama “Maria Padilla,’’ with Barbara Quintiliani singing the title role, loosely inspired by the historical record, of a woman secretly married to King Pedro of Castile. The cast includes Adriano Graziani, Laura Vlasak Nolen, DongWon Kim, and Yeghishe Manucharyan. The production is directed by Julia Pevzner. Gil Rose conducts. May 8, 10.
