FRIDAYS AT THE ESTATE

1 Boylston Place (The Alley), Boston. 10:30 p.m. Cover: $25. 21+. 617-351-7000, www.theestateboston.com. Call 617-893-8894 for a VIP table.

The deal: A mix of local and global house beats blast through the speakers at the Estate on Friday nights. “It’s always packed with a great crowd of international revelers. It’s a great place to dance and have a good time,’’ says Shaina Dennis, 22, a marketing associate. A wrap-around balcony looks down over the massive two-story dance floor.

The DJs: Resident DJs Matos and the Vinyl Disciples spin international and local house music until 2 a.m.

Who goes there? Estate Fridays draws a diverse and sharply dressed crowd of people mostly in their 20s and early 30s.

Songs you might hear: “Boston to Miami’’ and “Progressively’’ by DJ Matos; “Neurotic Exotic’’ by the Vinyl Disciples.

The drink: The Estate is a bottle-service establishment, and a wide variety of vodka is the drink of choice.

The tip: “Dress your best to impress everyone,’’ says Dennis. “It’s a see-and-be-seen crowd.’’
