Tommy Stinson may be most famous for playing bass in the Replacements, but for the last 13 years he’s been making his bones as a replacement, as a member of both Soul Asylum and the reconstituted Guns N’ Roses. GNR stops at the DCU Center tonight and we caught up with Stinson by phone on the road to talk about late starts, Guns, the ‘Mats, and his new solo album, “One Man Mutiny.’’
