There's a place in the world for smart pop music. Actually two places: "The OC" and the Paradise. Francine, Boston's own masters of the form, were annointed in January with a spin on the FOX television show and on June 2 the local five-piece debuts music from its forthcoming third CD, "Airshow," at the Paradise. The disc won't be out until June 13, but you can bliss out to the covert hook and diseased coda of "Zeroes and Ones" right now.
