Back for a fourth straight year of hooks, harmonies and high times the International Pop Overthrow kicks off tonight at the Paradise Lounge.

Forty bands will play over the course of the five night extravaganza-- tonight and Friday through Monday--including the Irresponsibles, Scamper, the Brett Rosenberg Problem, Silver Lining and Temper, the new group from stalwart scenester Pete Sutton.

Get your melody on for the bargain price of ten bucks or $1.25 a band.
