Here Comes "Chinese Democracy." Again. Maybe.

Axl Rose has announced in an open letter on the Guns N' Roses website that the band's interminably-delayed new album, "Chinese Democracy," is tentatively scheduled for a March 6 release. Tentative would be the operative term here, considering that Rose has spent 13 years and as many millions on the project and this is the umpteenth release announcement. Further eroding our confidence is the fact that he just split with his longtime manager and cancelled a bunch of tour dates. For obvious reasons, Rose is the only original GNR member left.
