Hootie Takes a Knee

Hootie and the Blowfish have been forced to postpone the first thirteen dates of their upcoming summer tour--including shows at the South Shore Music Circus (June 30) and Cape Cod Melody Tent (July 1)-- due to complications from lead singer Darius Rucker's knee surgery.

We like to rib the HATB gang but Rucker has had to have three surgeries to clear up a staph infection and that's no joke. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Customers with tickets to either local show should hold on to them until new dates have been announced.

For more information, please call the Music Circus Box Office at 781-383-9850 or the Melody Tent Box Office at 508-775-5630.
