If you've ever taken in a show at T.T. the Bear's Place in Cambridge the odds are good that Jeanne Sheehy has poured at least one drink for you. Sheehy has been tending bar at the rock institution for 25 years and used to book bands as well. Recently diagnosed with terminal colon cancer, the club is throwing several benefit concerts to help defray the costs of her medical expenses.

In an email sent out earlier this week veteran T.T.'s booking agent Randi Millman struck an upbeat note about Sheehy's spirit saying "You know Jeanne, always a smile on her face." She calls the response from the bands "wonderful and amazing."

As of right now four shows are scheduled- Dec. 6, 21, 28 and 29- with another tentatively penciled in for Dec. 27. The available current line-ups are below but Millman expects more acts to be added. (The line-up for the 29th has yet to be solidified but Meghan Toohey and Buffalo Tom are definites).

Check the T.T.'s website for the most up to date information.
