Fall Out Boy is feeling political. The pop-punks released an online mixtape yesterday titled "Welcome to the New Administration," curated by Wentz and Clinton Sparks and featuring spoken word interludes, some songs by Fueled By Ramen artists, and six demos that will eventually find themselves on Fall Out Boy’s new album, "Folie A Deux." The disc, the band's fifth, will be released on Nov. 4, a.k.a. election day.
