R.I.P. Leroi Moore of the Dave Matthews Band
More sad news. Dave Matthews Band saxophonist Leroi Moore passed away yesterday at the age of 46. Acccording to AP, Moore died from complications that arose following injuries he sustained in a June ATV crash.
The band is currently in the midst of a summer tour - Bela Fleck saxophonist Jeff Coffin has been filling in since Moore's accident. Matthews announced the news to the audience at last night's Los Angeles show, which was dedicated to Moore. Our heartfelt condolences to the whole DMB family.
