Tip Tops

Posted by Sarah Rodman February 8, 2009 10:42 PM

The sole surviving member of the Four Tops "Duke" Fakir looks great and still moves with fluid grace during this snappy medley of songs like "Reach Out (I'll Be There)" and "Standing in the Shadows of Love." Smokey Robinson has also clearly found the fountain of youth (although he might've missed one of the choreography rehearsals). Ne-Yo and Jamie Foxx pay the proper respect. Hopefully, the three Tops who've gone on to that great gig in the sky- most recently the tremendous Levi Stubbs- were singing along. Macca loved it, as did Jordin Sparks.
