First there were going to be 10 shows. Then 25. And now Michael Jackson has sold out 50 nights at O2 Arena in London. (It's estimated to be between 750,000 and 1,000,000 tickets).

The gigs -dubbed the "This is It" tour- will be spread out over eight months beginning July 8 and ending February 24, 2010. While Jackson called this the "final curtain call" for London, the fact that he mentioned the city specifically has people thinking the door has been left open for dates in other parts of the world.
