Fiona Apple's 'Every Single Night': Listen now
Fiona Apple's return to moody alt-rock prominence is in full swing, with SXSW and a string of sold-out shows behind her. Now, the songstress has ended her fans' seven-year wait for new music with "Every Single Night," the first official single from her upcoming album, "The Idler Wheel..."
Spare, delicate instrumentation, mercurial vocals that swing from whisper to holler, and lyrics in which Apple seems to be grappling with her own madness, she's as soulful - and as unsettling - as ever.
Check her out when she plays the Wang Theatre on June 30.
