Fans planning to see "Sparkle" can experience some of the film's magic before its release date.
The soundtrack to the upcoming musical drama featuring Jordin Sparks and the late Whitney Houston doesn't hit theaters until August 17, however the entire album is streaming on Essence.com.
The album features revamps of songs from the original 1976 film starring Irene Cara, such as the Curtis Mayfield-penned R&B classics "Something He Can Feel" and "Hooked on Your Love." The soundtrack also features new songs like "I'm a Man" by Cee Lo Green (he also stars in the film) and "Celebrate" by Sparks and Houston.
Listen to the soundtrack (some songs are below) and share your thoughts.
