RadioBDC is serious about our commitment to great music, so every week we scour the Boston music scene to pick out the best of the best.

Here are this week's picks:

Wednesday, March 27

They played a Live in the Lab set today, but tonight, Royal Teeth hits the Brighton Music Hall with The Rocket Summer, Joe Brooks, and Tidewater. ($15 / All ages / Doors at 6 p.m.)

Thursday, March 28

My personal favorites, Bad Religion, will play with Against Me! at House of Blues. ($27.50 / All ages / Doors at 7 p.m.)

Dubliners Squarehead are in town with New Englanders Cuffs and Krill at T.T. the Bear's Place. ($9 / 18+ / Doors at 8:30 p.m.)

There's the Slowdim debut record release party with with Night Fruit and Fedavees at Great Scott in Allston. ($8 / 18 + / Doors at 9 p.m.)

Friday, March 29

Guillermo Sexo is also hosting a release party this week, for their new EP, Bring Down Your Arms. They're with Young Adults, Bent Shapes and Creaturos at T.T. the Bear's Place. ($9 / 18+ / Doors at 8:30 p.m.)

Stay tuned for the release of their next album next month, but until then, see The Deer Hunter and Naive Thieves at the Sinclair. ($16 / All ages / Doors at 7 p.m.)

Saturday, March 30

Indie rock Angelinos Local Natives are at the House of Blues with Superhumanoids. ($22+ / All ages / Doors at 6 p.m.)

A reborn version of the local 1980s band Adventure Set, and Workforce, are at the Middle East Upstairs. ($10 / 18+ / Doors at 8 p.m.)

Paul Driscoll is Boston.com Radio’s Program Director who has the best ears in the business. Paul gets dozens of phone calls and visits a day, from bands and record labels looking to get their music played. Some even leave an apple on is desk.
Steph Mangan
Steph Mangan hosts Grrl Power and LocalBDC. When she's not at the studio, she is constantly on the look out for up-and-coming local bands and attending shows at Boston's many venues. She is an avid enthusiast of burritos and denim jackets.
