Since the crew at Connelly Partners alerted RadioBDC a few days ago on the concept of #Orring (Bobby Orr + planking = #Orring), the concept has picked up quite a bit of social momentum. It's easy to do ... grab a stick, rock the famous pose on any object ... and voila. You are #Orring. Use the hashtag and we'll help pull them all together here.

Boston Magazine put together a post and NESN did the same today. Pro golfer Keegan Bradley offered up his best #Orring after a request on Twitter.

Boston.com has set up a Live blog that is aggregating the hashtag throughout various social networks. And of course, you can submit your photo here. We've received some good ones already, like this baby bulldog version of Orring.

People are like ... don't you need a hockey stick or something? No ... Mark from Haverhill just needs a piece of wood.

The originators should be proud of the momentum thus far.
