Last September, our resident Red Sox fanboy and baseball nerd Adam 12 was invited to throw out the first pitch on Autism Awareness Night at Fenway Park. Take a look.

Clearly, 12's high heat impressed the Sox brass, as they've invited him back to throw out the first pitch this Thursday night, July 25th before the Sox close out their current home stand against the Tampa Bay Rays. Cheer 12 on and take a trip down memory lane as we revisit the training saga of his first "first pitch."

And if you're coming to the game on Thursday, the Red Sox wives are hosting the Greater Boston Food Bank, collecting cash and cans of non-perishable food outside of all gates. If you donate $10 or more, you'll get an autographed photo of a Red Sox player. And the best part? You donít need a ticket to the game to give. Just stop by a gate and donate!
