Because eating should be fun. Because every city needs a restaurant that's part '50s diner, part dim sum palace. Because smallish, affordable portions mean you get to try a lot of different things, especially if you share with friends. Because the sodas are made in-house and the hot and sour soup is made without cornstarch. Because the music's good.
