OK, so clubby Stix Restaurant & Lounge has a gimmick: It serves food on wooden skewers that are infused with flavor. But the gimmick's good - think lardons and hard-boiled quail's eggs tasting slightly of their bourbon skewers and served with maple syrup dipping sauce.
