Strip-T’s
The 29-seat place in Watertown isn’t much to look at, but the food is exceptional: wings with Moxie glaze, haddock in beer batter with homemade fries, skirt steak with chimichurri sauce. Paul Maslow opened the restaurant in 1986, though, so what’s new? That would be Paul’s son, Tim, who this year arrived in town after half a dozen years with New York celebrity chef David Chang of Momofuku.
