Parsons Table
When chef Chris Parsons remade Catch into Parsons Table, he created the restaurant Winchester needed. It serves comfort food that is delicious, not dull rainbow trout in a panko crust with squash, green beans, and tasso ham, and chicken ballotine with brown butter risotto (pictured).
