The drink: This ain't your country club's Bloody Mary: among the 22 ingredients you'll find in the mix are chipotle paste, clam juice, beef bouillon cubes, and fresh onions.
The details: There's a lot of flavor in this smoky drink, but the fresh veggies, garlic, and onion flavors reign supreme. "It's big and bold," says bartender Justin Bocenec. "It's definitely got a punch." The pickled jalapeno on top doesn't hurt, either.
