Ebi Sushi, a friendly, moderately priced sushi restaurant serving fresh fish and good Japanese cooking, is not owned by your typical sushi restauranteurs. Though Guatemalan-born, owners Jose and Adolfo Garcia insist this is authentic Japanese cuisine.
