Mother's Day brunch options
Chef Frank McClelland prepared a brunch that incorporates seasonal ingredients from his own Apple Street Farm. The three-course prix fixe menu will start with an amuse bouche like golden pineapple salad with a local cottage cheese cannoli and wild rice granola. Next, choose between options including an Island Creek oyster omelette and Eggs Benedict with butter poached Casco Bay lobster. Dessert will feature a selection of desserts from chef Jiho Kim.
