What began as one food truck has turned into three and a restaurant, with another truck on the way. Clover Food Lab boasts vegetarian, vegan, and organic fast food dining opetions, like mint or lavender lemonade ($3) and barbecue seitan ($5).
The menu changes daily, but the popular chickpea fritter sandwich (pictured, $5) can usually be found among the options.
