Patience is a virtue that little Lilly hasn't yet mastered. The rambunctious rodent is so eager to show other students her new pocketbook that she disrupts class, and her beloved bag is taken by the teacher. The Wheelock Family Theatre production of "Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse," based on books by Kevin Henkes, features cast members ages 8 and up, including Katherine Doherty who recently returned from Broadway run in "Mary Poppins." Fridays are special because kids in pajamas pay $10 and teens pay $13. Tonight at 7:30 (though May 11). $15-$23. Wheelock Family Theatre, Wheelock College campus, 200 the Riverway, Boston. 617-879-2300. wheelock.edu/wft
