The exhibition "A Tribute to the Artists of The Harlem Renaissance" may be showing at the Massachusetts College of Art, but the young artists responsible for the works are actually still in high school. MassArt has offered up gallery space so that special needs students from McKinley Preparatory High School can show off their paintings. Some of the works are replicas of paintings, some are portraits of painters, and some are originals. All works will be for sale. Tonight's party includes live music and poetry. 5 to 8 p.m. Free. Massachusetts College of Art & Design, South Hall Suite 109, 621 Huntington Ave., Boston. 617-635-9907. allaboutbps.blogspot.com/2009/02/mckinley-students-honor-harlem.html
