Cities that have suffered enormous trauma are the subject of “Cities of Peace: Paintings From the Ellen Frank Illumination Arts Foundation,’’ a visual tribute by Frank and her students. The nine large gold-illuminated paintings on linen celebrate the human spirit and show the beauty in Baghdad, Beijing, Hiroshima, Jerusalem, Kabul, Lhasa, Monrovia, New York, and Sarajevo. Today from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (through Dec. 16). Free. Iris and B.
