This photo of a little girl looking mesmerized was one of several portraits by Randy Brogen of Burlington that helped make him a RAW Photographer of the Week. But Brogen’s portfolio is not limited to portraits: ‘‘I enjoy shooting just about anything, as long as it presents me with a unique opportunity,’’ he says. ‘‘I look for opportunities to be creative.’’
