The federal Appeals Court in Boston has found that the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston owns a valuable 1913 painting by expressionist Oskar Kokoschka, ruling that the statute of limitations had run out on an Austrian woman’s assertion that she was the rightful owner. (Full article: 630 words)
