Museum Party (Lockout)

The event we really wanted to get into, the CEO/Director reception at the Museum of Fine Arts, was closed to the press, despite our nagging this guy repeatedly. Turns out, it's unlikely much was missed. Some notable names missing on the guest list: Met director Philippe de Montebello, who doesn't ever attend AAM conferences, and a host of other major museum leaders... Not that we would have minded chatting about the Paxutent River with the poobah of the Calvert Marine Museum.
