Arts Blog Bickering

Is there a feud brewing in the arts blogosphere? For those keeping track, it started when Lee Rosenbaum, the Culture Grrl, took aim at Tyler Green, of Modern Arts Notes fame. Rosenbaum felt Green was being too tough on arts ethics offender Grace Glueck. Well, this week it was Green zapping Rosenbaum back for her criticism of another New York Times property, Michael Kimmelman. The Culture Grrl wrote of what she feels is a strangely presented flip-flop in the Times critic’s take on the Yoshio Taniguchi-designed Museum of Modern Art.

Who do we side with? Sorry, the Exhibitionist doesn't have a dog in this race. Besides, he fears all conflict, even with arts bloggers. In this space, we celebrate our differences. Our message to Lee and Tyler: Peace.
