Bodies, Body World, Updates

Posted by Geoff Edgers October 17, 2006 12:34 PM

In Seattle, a federal complaint has been filed against the creators of "Bodies," one of several shows featuring cadavers plastinated into exhibition-ready objects. The complaint accuses the exhibitors of using dead Chinese prisoners.

In Boston, "Body Worlds 2" continues to rake 'em in. The Museum of Science reports that since opening the show July 30, attendance stands around 184,000. That puts the MOS on track to meet its projected 400,000 visitors by the time the exhibition closes in January.
