ICA Website, Boston Ballet On Tour

Posted by Geoff Edgers November 16, 2006 01:12 PM

It's a busy day out here on the Internets, so to catch up:

- The Institute of Contemporary Art has put up its new website. I haven't had time to click through it all, but the site is clearly much meatier than the ICA's old web locale. Just don't be surprised if some of the links are dead. The ICA hasn't officially launched the new site as it works out the kinks.
- The New York Times weighs in with a largely reported piece on the fashion show at the Museum of Fine Arts.
- Boston Ballet will tour Spain for six weeks next July, taking the company to festivals in Las Palmas, Madrid, Santander, Peralada, Mallorca and San Sebastian (seen below). Boston Ballet is presenting two programs: Sorella Englund’s staging of August Bournonville’s "La Sylphide," and an all-Balanchine bill made up of "Serenade, "Who Cares?, and "The Four Temperaments."
