ICA Elevator, Fixing
We had heard that the ICA's stunning, new glass elevator had been out of order on several occasions. Paul Bessire, the ICA's deputy director, sent along more information...
"This is not out of ordinary for an elevator in its category...that is one-of-a-kind or "custom." We have replaced the door operators (the mechanicals not the people!) and that has resolved the main issue we were having."
