CORRECTION: The BSO says that Schuller's new work, "Where the Word Ends," is finished, but there will not be enough time to rehearse it before the orchestra's upcoming concerts.

The BSO will not perform a new work by Gunther Schuller during James Levine's final program of the season, which runs March 29-31. The piece isn't ready.

Instead, the concerts will feature Schuller's "Seven Studies on Themes of Paul Klee" along with Mozart and Ravel.
