POPSearch YouTube Auditions, Man In Cowboy Hat
The beauty of "American Idol" is that the early rounds never lose their charm. Same goes for "POPSearch," the competition that kicks off today at Symphony Hall and has already been running on YouTube. Here's what we've got for competition. I'm no music critic, so I won't comment on the performances. But I have to bring up the choices made as these folks record their auditions. Is that a shower curtain or a hospital room divider behind the cowboy? And how about that Jon Cryerlike "Gypsy" dude... Looks like he's recorded his take on the way out the door.
