Local documentary nominated for Emmy

Lawrence native Melanie Perkins produced, wrote and directed "Have You Seen Andy?," a documentary about the disappearance of her childhood friend, Angelo "Andy" Puglisi. The film, which aired on HBO's Cinemax Reel Life series last year, has now been nominated for an Emmy for “Outstanding Investigative Journalism – Long Form” category.
