North Carolina Symphony, pay cut
Another orchestra agrees to a pay cut. (At a time when the Boston Symphony Orchestra is negotiating a new contract.) In addition, the North Carolina Symphony's music director Grant Llewellyn (remember him?) is going to see his salary drop 10 percent, from $206,975 to $186,278.
