Paul Winchell

The radio and television star (no relation to Walter) launched his TV career in the 1940s and became famous with his puppets Jerry Mahoney (with Winchell) and Knucklehead Smiff. Later in his career Winchell did voices for Disney and Hanna-Barbera cartoons; he was most famous as the voice of Tigger.
