Hollywood on Broadway: Actors go from screen to stage

Elizabeth Taylor

Storied film actress Elizabeth Taylor (right with Paul Newman), who made a name for herself in movies such as "Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf?" (1966), "Butterfield 8," and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" (1958), made her Broadway debut in the 1981 production of "The Little Foxes."

Screen credits: The two-time Academy Award winner has also appeared in "A Place in the Sun" (1951), "Giant" (1956), and "Cleopatra" (1963), just to name a few.
