Drunk History 10 p.m., Comedy Central

So then [hic] Harry Houdini and Sir Arthur freaking Conan [hic] Doyle were fast friends, but then, um, they disagreed and were just rivals [hic]. Yeah man [sounds of ice clinking in a glass]. This Detroit-based episode of the show about anecdotes, alcohol, history, and comedy, re-creates the failed friendship between the two famous dudes, as well as Ralph Nader’s feud with General Motors. S’fun [barf].

Heroes of Cosplay 10:30 p.m., Syfy

This new reality show looks at the subculture of people who are into competitive costume-making. They wear their creations, based on the characters they admire in comic books, graphic novels, movies, TV, and video games, to comic conventions across the country.
