Do you think the right player won?

Yes. Bill seemed far more aggressive and organized. I find the best way to fire up your troops is to be overtly enthusiastic yourself. But you do have to keep in mind that all the viewers got to see was an extremely edited viewpoint, meant to entertain more than inform.

Who had the tougher task?

Kwame. By far. Most up and coming executives have experience around a golf course, and most have participated in charity tournaments. Few have had to deal simultaneously with mega-ego's like The Donald and Jessica Simpson. When stressed out entertainment talent is in the room, anything can happen.

Was Kwame’s team selection his downfall?

To some extent. I thought his entire team was weak. His detached delegation style, combined with weaker members, was a bad combination.

What was Bill’s best move?

He got, by far, the best folks on his team.

What was Kwame’s worst?

Delegating Omarosa the job of escorting Jessica. Omarosa clearly is a spotlight-seeking wannabe. Bad mix.

Who was the most annoying player throughout the season?

Omarosa. Her theatrics and need for attention seemed limitless.

Who would you rather work for: Kwame or Bill, and why?

Kwame. I personally like his style. I think I would benefit from his intellect and educational background. Plus, aren't M.I.T. dropouts supposed to work for Harvard guys?!
