Do you think the right player won?

Absolutely. At the end of the day, Bill demonstrated he had the qualities of the culture of Donald Trump’s organization, and seemed like the best fit. And with the kind of projects during the show, Bill seemed to best fit with that as well.

Who had the tougher task?

I think Kwame’s task was much tougher. There are so any more layers and complexities to that type of task. I don’t think the tasks were equivalent.

Was Kwame’s team selection his downfall?

Yes. I think that to be a leader, especially in project management, the ability to form the team is essential. I don’t think he formed them as well as Bill. Omarosa is an obvious example of detriment to the team, and I think Heidi was an odd choice for him. I wouldn’t have chosen her.

What was Bill’s best move?

I think his best move was two things. One, he chose the best people. And two, I think he understood the final task was all about minute-by-minute management. And that’s what event planning is…minute-by-minute management.

What was Kwame’s worst move?

It’s a tie between two … the team he chose, and his approach to the project. Kwame took too much of a hands-off approach. Event management is about managing minutes. He couldn’t have done everything himself. But I don’t think he grasped the nature of event management.

Who was the most annoying player throughout the season?

An easy cheap shot is Omarosa, but she’s predictable. I think the most annoying was Troy. I thought he had too high an opinion of himself, and he was very sexist.

Who would you rather work for: Kwame or Bill, and why?

I would rather work for Bill. He demonstrated a lot of passion and willingness to get his hands dirty, and help build something. I think that’s very motivating and inspiring.
