The remixed WBOS features more music and less talk

Claiming a desire to return to its roots, WBOS-FM (92.9) made some radical changes Monday to increase the amount of music and lower the amount of talk. Gone are the morning-drive hosts, Bill Abbate and Kristin Lessard, and gone -- or greatly reduced -- are the station promotions and contest announcements. Even the number of ads has been slashed.
