ALL IN THE FAMILY
Family Television Awards
9 p.m., Channel 56
"Amazing Race" host Phil Keoghan is the master of ceremonies for this annual event hosted by the Family Friendly Programming Forum. The goal is to honor shows that parents and children can watch together, which means "Friday Night Lights" should sweep the prizes. But, of course, it won't. Look for "Ugly Betty," "Heroes," and "High School Musical 2" to come out on top.

Biography
9 p.m., Biography Channel
Paul David Hewson.

Born in the Wrong Body
11 p.m., MSNBC
Trans action.

Some Assembly Required
10 p.m., Discovery Channel
Then some consumers definitely not interested.

YOUNG AT HEART
25 Hottest Hollywood Cougar Tales
9 p.m., E!
Halle Berry, Naomi Watts, Madonna, Cameron Diaz, Sandra Bullock - they've all hooked up at some point with younger men, which makes them eligible for this ridiculous show. But the queen of the pack has to be Demi Moore, and E! is certainly not going to let us, or her, forget that.

30 Rock
8:30 p.m., Channel 7
She. Want. Food. Again.

Private Practice
10 p.m., Channel 5
These kids need a time out.

ON DEMAND
28 Weeks Later
Comcast
The sequel to 2002's utterly terrifying "28 Days Later" further reinvents the zombie movie by speeding up the action and sharpening the claws. Two youngsters are left to fend for themselves in a post-epidemic London wasteland, and when military control fails to quash the virus that turns normal folk into cannibals, what's left for the survivors to do but run? A subtly political and downright horrifying film. Pictured: Mackintosh Muggleton. (R; runs through April 24)
