Tonight, freed up from her Las Vegas run, Dion pounds her chest for the nation in this hourlong concert. What could possibly make this event even more momentous? Yup, a duet with Josh Groban.

Carson Kressley's feel-good reality series, which has been a hit for Lifetime, closes up its first season tonight. The show, in which Kressley tries to help women accept their imperfect bodies, is a change from the fantasy-mongering of most makeover shows. There's something sweet about the way Kressley urges his subjects not to buy into pop cultural ideals of beauty.

Playwright Adam Rapp's debut film is like two indie movies in one, and Zooey Deschanel is in the better of them. She plays a young woman drifting through life while coming to terms with her father (Ed Harris), a J.D. Salinger-like novelist. Will Ferrell, playing a goofball lost soul, is in the other, more obvious movie. It doesn't add up to much, but Deschanel makes it worth seeing. (R; runs through March 6) - Ty Burr
