Now we know
Who Knew? With Marshall Brain
9 p.m., National Geographic
The "How Stuff Works" guy takes us to visit a few American car factories tonight, to show us how robots are replacing people on the assembly lines. Let's just say we've come a long way since "Danger, Will Robinson." Smart guy, that Brain.

I Know My Kid's a Star
10 p.m., VH1
Signed, Mrs. Hung.

Rock Monster
9 p.m., Sci Fi
Good, but not as tender as the lobster.

Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp
9 p.m., VH1
Nancy Sinatra originated boot camp, didn't she?

CUTERIFFIC
Miss Guided
8 and 8:30 p.m., Channel 5
This new sitcom is cute - nothing more, nothing less. And Judy Greer is the main source of the cuteness factor, as one of the high school teachers who acts more like a student. She's kind of Joan Cusacky. Remember Greer from "Arrested Development"? She was Kitty Sanchez, George Bluth Sr.'s secretary and mistress, who ran off to Reno with Tobias Funke when he wanted to be in Blue Man Group. You had to be there.

Eli Stone
10 p.m., Channel 5
George Michael appears - the original, not the Cera version.

Celebrity Apprentice
9 p.m., Channel 7
In the finale, the Cowboy takes on the Brit. Yee-ha, old chap.

ON DEMAND
Days of Thunder
1/2 Comcast
Why didn't they just call this one "Top Car"? It's too quick-cut, MTV-manipulative for any of the characters to really register, including Tom Cruise as a frightened young macho stock car racer with hot wheels and a dumb script. (PG-13; runs through April 2)
